Terms & Refund Policy

These Terms & Refund Policy (“Terms”) govern your use of the Answerloom website and services.

By booking a demo, purchasing onboarding, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Answerloom provides AI help desk setup, onboarding, configuration, testing, launch support, and monthly tuning for approved client workflows.

Services may include:

  • website chat setup

  • FAQ and support flow configuration

  • lead capture and routing

  • booking or estimate routing

  • testing and revisions

  • monthly tuning based on plan level

2. No guarantee of specific results

We aim to improve response handling, lead capture, and booking flow efficiency, but we do not guarantee any

specific revenue, sales, lead volume, booking volume, or business outcome.

3. Client responsibilities

To begin and complete setup, clients may need to provide accurate and timely business information, including:

  • FAQs

  • pricing ranges

  • business hours

  • service areas

  • policies

  • escalation rules

  • booking links or routing preferences

  • any other required onboarding information

Launch timelines depend on receiving the required information in full.

4. Setup timeline

Most setups go live within 5–8 business days after paid onboarding is completed and all required business information is submitted.

This timeline may vary depending on responsiveness, revisions, technical access, or project complexity.

5. Fees

Answerloom services may include:

  • a one-time setup/onboarding fee

  • a monthly recurring fee based on the selected plan

All pricing is listed on the website or agreed to in writing before work begins.

6. Payment terms

Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a recurring monthly plan applies, the client agrees to ongoing billing until canceled according to the agreed billing terms.

7. Refund policy

You may reschedule your onboarding call with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations, no-shows, and cancellations after onboarding is complete are non-refundable.

Once onboarding has started, the setup fee is non-refundable.

8. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

9. Revisions and scope

Plans include only the services described in the selected package. Extra integrations, expanded scope, additional brands/sites,

or custom requests may require additional fees.

10. Third-party platforms

Answerloom may use or integrate with third-party platforms such as:

  • Squarespace

  • Tidio / Lyro

  • Calendly

  • Zapier

  • CRM tools

  • other approved software

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or technical limitations caused by third-party platforms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Answerloom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit

damages arising from use of the website or services.

12. Changes to services or terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
